I’m incredibly fortunate to lead a very talented and passionate organisation which has growing our customer’s businesses at the very heart of what it does. We believed that there was a better way to develop the category in the c-store sector and as our customer’s know we deliver on that vision each and every day.

Head of Design

I have responsibility for our amazing range of cards, wrap and gift bags. My team and I work to design products which shoppers will love and which will drive sales for our retail partners. I also take care of the Riverside brand and the development of our marketing collateral as well as working closely with our supply base to make sure that we have the products our customers need.

Glen Taylor


Head of Field Sales

My purpose is to support the field sales team to grow our customer’s businesses. I do that by working closely with them to analyse their performances and develop their sales, merchandising and category management skills. I travel the length and breadth of the UK have a passion for growing sales and making customers happy.



Head of Finance

My role at Riverside is to manage the numbers and make sure that we pay our bills and collect the cash which we’re owed by customers whilst taking care of all the associated admin. I support the rest of the team with information which helps them to improve the business and monitor it’s performance.

Michelle Barnes


Head of Operations

As Head of Operations, I have responsibility for the amazing field based team, ensuring we offer second-to-none service to each and every site! I work closely with the sales team, making sure our passion is portrayed on every visit we make to stores.

I also plan and convert strategies to confidently boost our customers’ growth, with a proven track record!

Lindsey Terrans


Head of Supply Chain

I ensure that we have the products which our customers need and make sure that their orders get to them on time and in full. Managing the supply chain in a business which introduces as much innovation as Riverside does have its challenges, but it’s well worth it when I see the impact that new designs have on sales.
